Volunteers making a difference at home.
Dogs Inc has cultivated a well-defined program to breed dogs whose temperament, intelligence, and health combine to produce some of the finest guide and service dogs in the world.
To support our breeding program, we partner with selected volunteers who host our breeder dogs in their homes, then return the dogs to campus when needed for breeding and whelping. These breeder host families are an extension of our work here at Dogs Inc, and donate time, attention, and helping hands to help us reach our mission.
If you are interested in hosting a breeder, scroll down for more information, FAQs, and much more!
Future Breeder Hosts
We have a waitlist of volunteers who want to become Breeder Hosts, and we currently aren’t accepting new applications. Please check this page periodically for any updates.
If you are an active Puppy Raiser, and you are interested in being a Breeder Host if your dog is selected for our program, please contact alyssa.daly-labelle@dogsinc.org for an application.
