Dogs Inc: The PTSD Battle Can be Won
The PTSD battle can be won. Learn more about service dogs for those who’ve served.
It takes courage to serve in our nation’s armed forces—and even more to ask for help dealing with hidden wounds like PTSD. If you, or any veteran you know is fighting a battle that just can’t seem to be won, a service dog from Dogs Inc can help.
In this video, you’ll meet five veterans who took the brave step of seeking help, and the perfectly matched dogs that are enabling them to live fuller, richer lives every day.
Guide Dog Camp: Best Friends and Freedom
“Freedom,” “confidence,” and “a partner for life.” That’s how enthusiastic teens at our recent Guide Dog Camp described grasping the harness for the first time.
Applying for a guide dog is an important decision, and Guide Dog Camp equips teens and parents to know if they’re ready. During our two-day, overnight camp, teens ages 14 – 17 with vision loss—and their parents—stay on campus and learn how a guide dog can change their life. And it’s all completely free of charge, because of friends like you.
