World Premiere Volunteer Screening of “Lucy”

You are cordially invited to a world premiere volunteer screening of Dogs Inc’ newest animated film, Lucy, to be held at the Dogs Inc Dining Hall, on Thursday, September 7th, at 3:00 p.m.
Following up on the extraordinary success of our previous animated films like Pip and Believe in Hope, we are thrilled to present Lucy, a heartwarming tale that will surely touch the hearts of dog lovers everywhere. Lucy tells the twin stories of two unforgettable new characters, Lucy and Chloe, using all the remarkable tools and techniques of digital animation.
“Once upon a time, maybe even today, a small pup named Lucy dreams of becoming a guide dog. Not far away, a winsome little girl struggles to cope with painful memories of her military dad, killed in combat.
“Lucy needs a purpose. A passion. Her person.
“Chloe needs a best friend, a pal, a soulmate. Someone to mend her broken heart.
“Watch the magic unfold as two kindred souls come together, forging an unbreakable bond. Lucy, coming to screens on September 7th, will remind you that like sunshine after rain, hope always blooms between two best friends.”
Though the animated short itself is around five minutes long, this exclusive premiere will include much more. Stacy Howe, our Vice President of Marketing, will lead a behind-the-scenes look into the process and vision of this film. Stacy plans to provide some background information on animated shorts as part of marketing efforts, and then she will share both Lucy and hopefully a sneak peek of our next work-in-progress, Lucy, Christmas Edition. This second animated short rejoins our characters during their very first Christmas together, and it will be released as a 60-second public service announcement later this fall.

Should the RSVP numbers allow for additional space, we will notify you of the possibility to bring a guest.)
